A little more about my background.
I graduated from Lasalle College of the Arts with a BA(Hons) in Image & Communication. Before starting out as a freelancer, I was an in-house creative. I illustrated numerous newspaper covers and designed editorial layouts for TODAY. Working in a news agency has molded me into a designer who doesn't bat an eyelid to insanely tight deadlines and I can now easily pick out that sneaky little extra spacing between text.
3 years later, I moved on to B·U·T where I explored new fields in Presentation Design, App Interface Design and Animation. I worked with very talented programmers who taught me to look at design in a different perspective — that function matters as much as form. That is pretty much the design mantra I live by right now: To produce works that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also communicates.
